By accessing, browsing or placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Products & Availability
LevonyaNXT offers craft supplies, DIY materials, raw materials, handmade or handcrafted products, customised products and other creative merchandise.
Product availability is subject to stock.
During festive seasons, promotional periods or periods of high demand, stock availability may change rapidly.
LevonyaNXT reserves the right to discontinue, modify or replace products where reasonably required.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, our support team may contact the customer regarding the available options.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Any price applicable to an order will ordinarily be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur.
If an order has been placed at an incorrect price because of a genuine technical, system or human error, LevonyaNXT may contact the customer and, where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at the erroneous price, cancel the affected order and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
LevonyaNXT may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Raw material shortages
- Genuine pricing errors
- Technical or system issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Delivery-location serviceability issues
- Other genuine operational circumstances preventing fulfilment
Where LevonyaNXT cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Handmade & Craft Products
Some LevonyaNXT products are handmade, handcrafted or contain handmade components.
Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, dimensions or appearance may naturally occur and should not necessarily be considered manufacturing defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs and information accurately.
Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings or natural handmade variations.
6. Customised & Personalised Products
Custom-made or personalised products are prepared according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for verifying all applicable information, including:
- Names
- Spellings
- Colours
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Designs
- Other customisation selections
before confirming the order.
Once production or packing has started, customised or personalised products cannot ordinarily be modified, cancelled, exchanged or refunded except where the product supplied is incorrect, damaged or defective, or where otherwise required under applicable law.
7. Orders, Cancellation & Item Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where LevonyaNXT itself is unable to fulfil an order or where otherwise provided under our policies or applicable law.
However, before packing has started, customers may request a change of items by contacting our support team.
Item-change requests:
- Are subject to approval by LevonyaNXT.
- Are subject to product availability.
- May be made for replacement products of the same or higher total value.
- Require payment of the applicable difference if the replacement products are of a higher total value.
- Cannot be made for replacement products of a lower total value.
Once packing has started, customer-requested item changes or cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Shipping & Delivery Charges
Shipping and delivery charges depend on the customer’s delivery location, order value and, in certain cases, final parcel weight and dimensions.
Orders Outside Telangana
For orders below ₹15,000 being delivered outside Telangana, the applicable shipping charge is calculated according to the order value and displayed during checkout.
For orders of ₹15,000 and above, shipping charges are not collected at checkout. The applicable courier charge will be calculated after final packing based on parcel weight, dimensions and delivery location, communicated to the customer and must be paid before dispatch.
Telangana Orders
For eligible local deliveries within Hyderabad/Secunderabad using services such as Rapido, Porter or another local delivery service, the applicable delivery charge may be paid directly by the customer to the delivery rider/service provider.
For other Telangana locations where direct rider delivery is unavailable or unsuitable, applicable courier charges may be calculated after final packing, communicated to the customer and must be paid before dispatch.
Heavy, Bulky or Special Shipments
Exceptionally heavy, bulky, oversized or special shipments may incur additional shipping charges where standard shipping charges are insufficient.
Where additional shipping charges are required, LevonyaNXT will communicate them to the customer before dispatch.

9. Cancellation, Refunds & Claims
Cancellations, refunds, missing-item claims, short-shipment claims, wrong-product claims and damaged-product claims are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Eligible issues involving missing, short-shipped, wrong, damaged or defective products must be reported within the applicable reporting period.
An uninterrupted parcel opening video is required for applicable shipping/product claims as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Customers are advised to review the policy carefully before placing an order.
10. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Online payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateway or payment service providers.
Payment availability may vary depending on order eligibility, website configuration and the services made available by the applicable payment provider.
LevonyaNXT does not directly store sensitive payment authentication credentials such as CVV, UPI PIN, internet banking passwords or OTPs.
11. LNXT Loyalty Program
Eligible registered customers may participate in the LNXT Loyalty Program according to the applicable program terms.
Currently, eligible customers earn 1 LNXT Point for every ₹100 spent, subject to the applicable earning conditions.
A minimum of 200 LNXT Points is required for redemption, and eligible points have a redemption value of ₹1 per LNXT Point, subject to the applicable loyalty-program terms.
During an active VIP Membership, LNXT Point earning and redemption are paused. Previously accumulated eligible points remain associated with the customer’s account and become available again after the active VIP Membership ends, subject to applicable program terms.
LevonyaNXT may modify the loyalty program in accordance with its applicable program terms.
12. VIP Membership
Where offered, LevonyaNXT VIP Membership provides eligible members with applicable VIP pricing and other benefits described in the relevant VIP Membership terms.
VIP benefits apply only during an active membership period and are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions and conditions applicable to the program.
VIP pricing and loyalty-program benefits are governed by their respective terms and website functionality.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the LevonyaNXT brand name, logo, original website content, original product photographs, graphics and other original materials created by or for LevonyaNXT are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without applicable permission.
Third-party names, marks or materials, where present, remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purposes.
Craft supplies, DIY materials, decorative accessories, adhesives, tools and related products should be handled and used in accordance with applicable product instructions and reasonable safety precautions.
Children should use products requiring adult supervision only under appropriate supervision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LevonyaNXT will not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling or use contrary to applicable instructions.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LevonyaNXT will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This may include delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers, weather events, government restrictions or other external circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Website Accuracy & Errors
LevonyaNXT makes reasonable efforts to ensure that website information is accurate and current.
However, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, product-information errors or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
LevonyaNXT may correct such errors and update information where necessary.
Where an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, the customer may be contacted regarding the appropriate resolution.
17. Force Majeure
LevonyaNXT will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Earthquakes
- Pandemics or public-health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Labour disruptions
- War or civil disturbances
- Major courier or logistics disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
Order processing or delivery timelines may be affected during such circumstances.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
19. Changes to These Terms
LevonyaNXT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, policies, website functionality or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on the website and will take effect from the applicable publication/effective date.
