2. Products & Availability
LevonyaNXT offers handmade products, craft supplies, DIY materials, raw materials, customised products and other creative merchandise.
Product availability is subject to stock.
During festive seasons, promotional periods or unexpected demand, stock availability may change rapidly.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or replace any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Although every effort is made to maintain accurate pricing, LevonyaNXT reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
If an order has been placed using an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
LevonyaNXT reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability.
Raw material shortages.
Pricing errors.
Technical issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incomplete customer information.
Any other genuine operational reason.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method wherever possible.
5. Handmade & Craft Products
Many LevonyaNXT products are handmade or handcrafted.
Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, size or appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
Product photographs are intended for reference only.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, photography and screen settings.
6. Customised & Personalised Products
Custom-made or personalised products are manufactured according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for verifying all information, including names, spellings, colours, quantities and design selections before confirming the order.
Once production or packing has started, customised products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless required under applicable law.
7. Orders, Cancellation & Item Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
However, before packing has started, customers may request a change of items by contacting our support team.
Item modifications:
Are subject to approval and stock availability.
May require payment of the additional amount if the replacement product costs more.
Will not qualify for any refund if the replacement product costs less. Any remaining balance may be adjusted against a future order at LevonyaNXT’s discretion.
Once packing has started, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.
8. Shipping & Courier Charges
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Courier charges are calculated after packing because the final shipment cost depends on package dimensions, weight, destination and courier availability.
Customers will be informed of the applicable courier charges before shipment.
The applicable courier charges must be paid before the shipment is assigned to a courier partner for pickup.
Orders will remain on hold until the applicable courier charges have been successfully received.
Shipment will only be scheduled after confirmation of the applicable courier charge payment.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, shortage claims, wrong item claims and damage claims are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers are advised to read the Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

11. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and appropriately.
Craft supplies, DIY materials, decorative accessories, adhesives, tools and related products should always be used according to their intended purpose.
LevonyaNXT shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, damage or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling or inappropriate use of any product.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevonyaNXT’s total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
LevonyaNXT shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages.
Consequential losses.
Loss of profits.
Business interruption.
Courier delays.
Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Website Accuracy & Errors
We strive to ensure that all information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, product descriptions, product images or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
LevonyaNXT reserves the right to correct such errors, update information or cancel affected orders without prior notice.

LevonyaNXT shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

In such situations, delivery timelines and order processing may be extended without creating any liability on LevonyaNXT.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
