This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, packed and delivered. By placing an order with LevonyaNXT, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully verified, packed and processed after payment confirmation.

Since many of our products are handmade or packed according to customer requirements, processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and operational requirements.

The usual order processing time is 1–3 business days.

During festivals, promotional sales or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the total value of your order and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Current shipping charges are as follows:

  • ₹0 – ₹999 → ₹99
  • ₹1,000 – ₹2,999 → ₹199
  • ₹3,000 – ₹4,999 → ₹299
  • ₹5,000 – ₹6,999 → ₹399
  • ₹7,000 – ₹8,999 → ₹499
  • ₹9,000 – ₹10,999 → ₹599
  • ₹11,000 – ₹14,999 → ₹699

Orders exceeding the above shipping slab may require additional shipping charges depending on the parcel weight, package dimensions and delivery location. In such cases, our support team will contact the customer before dispatch.

A standard packing charge and, where applicable, fragile handling charges may also be applied. Any additional charges will always be displayed during checkout before payment.

The applicable courier charges will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

The applicable courier charges must be paid by the customer before the shipment is assigned to a courier partner for pickup. Orders will remain on hold until the applicable courier charges have been successfully received.

Shipment will only be scheduled after confirmation of the applicable courier charge payment.

Free shipping is available only during selected promotional campaigns, special offers or coupon-based promotions announced by LevonyaNXT.

3. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Time

LevonyaNXT dispatches orders through trusted logistics partners including iThink Logistics, Shiprocket, India Post and other authorised courier services depending on destination serviceability and operational availability.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within Telangana: 2–5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 4–10 Business Days

These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote service locations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

LevonyaNXT shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the communication method available for your order, including Email, WhatsApp or SMS where applicable.

Customers are requested to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided and contact the respective courier partner directly for delivery-related updates.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing the order.

LevonyaNXT shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs arising due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailability

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt attributable to the customer:

  • Previously paid shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Re-dispatch will be arranged only upon customer request.

  • Fresh courier charges must be paid before the order is shipped again.

6. Missing, Short-Shipped, Wrong or Damaged Products

Although every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Missing items

  • Short-shipped items

  • Wrong products

  • Damaged products

the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

7. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

An uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims relating to:

  • Missing items

  • Short shipments

  • Wrong products

  • Damaged products

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening.

  • Record the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses or edits.

  • Clearly display every product received inside the parcel.

Claims submitted without a proper parcel opening video may be rejected.

8. Claim Process

To raise a shipping-related claim, customers must:

  • Raise a support ticket.

  • Provide the Order Number.

  • Upload the parcel opening video.

  • Upload clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue.

You can monitor the progress of your claim directly from the same support ticket panel.

9. Claim Verification

Every shipping-related claim undergoes a detailed verification process.

Verification may include:

  • Parcel opening video

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging condition

  • Dispatch records

  • Order records

  • Courier information

Verification generally takes 2–3 working days.

Once verification is completed, the customer will be informed of the outcome.

The decision of LevonyaNXT after completion of the verification process shall be final.

10. Shipping Claims Approved

If your claim is approved:

  • Further instructions will be provided by our support team.

  • Where return of the product is required, secure packing instructions will be shared.

  • Return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team.

If LevonyaNXT has shipped the wrong product or a verified defective product, LevonyaNXT will bear the applicable return shipping charges.

11. Shipping Limitations

LevonyaNXT reserves the right to decline shipment to locations where courier services are unavailable or operationally restricted.

Delivery timelines may also vary depending upon serviceability of the destination.
