👑 LevonyaNXT VIP Membership Policy

Welcome to the LevonyaNXT VIP Family!

The LevonyaNXT VIP Membership is an annual membership program created for registered customers who want access to exclusive VIP product prices, shipping benefits and other privileges offered by LevonyaNXT.

By purchasing, activating or renewing a VIP Membership, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this policy.

1. Membership Fee and Eligibility

1.1 Annual Membership Fee

The LevonyaNXT VIP Membership is available at an annual fee of ₹2,000.

The applicable membership fee will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase or renewal.

1.2 Registered Account Required

A registered LevonyaNXT customer account is required to purchase and use the VIP Membership.

Customers must log in to the registered account associated with their membership to access VIP prices and benefits.

1.3 Account-Specific and Non-Transferable

The VIP Membership and its benefits:

Belong only to the registered account holder.
Cannot be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to another person or account.
Cannot be combined across multiple customer accounts.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or LNXT Points.

2. Membership Activation

VIP Membership will be activated only after:

The membership payment has been received successfully; and
The membership order has been confirmed or marked as completed by LevonyaNXT.

Once activated, the customer’s VIP status and available membership information will appear in the My Account section, where supported by the website.

If the membership payment is unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed, disputed or not received, the membership will not be activated or may be suspended.

3. Membership Validity

3.1 Fixed 365-Day Validity

Each VIP Membership remains active for exactly 365 calendar days from its recorded activation date and time.

3.2 Membership Information

Where supported by the website, the customer’s My Account dashboard may display:

Current VIP Membership status.
Membership activation date.
Membership expiry date.
Available VIP benefits.
Total VIP savings or other relevant membership information.

3.3 No Automatic Renewal

The LevonyaNXT VIP Membership does not renew automatically.

LevonyaNXT will not automatically charge the customer’s card, bank account, UPI account or any other payment method when the membership expires.

4. Membership Renewal

4.1 Renewal Before Expiration

An active VIP member may renew the membership before its existing expiry date.

When an eligible renewal is purchased and activated successfully, an additional 365 days will be added to the existing expiry date.

The member will not lose the unused period remaining on the active membership.

4.2 Renewal After Expiration

If the membership expires before renewal:

VIP prices and benefits will stop.
The account will revert to Regular Customer status.
Regular pricing and eligible promotional offers will become available again.
Coupon facilities will become available again, subject to their applicable conditions.
LNXT Point earning and redemption facilities will resume, subject to the applicable LNXT Loyalty Program rules.
A new 365-day membership period will begin when a new VIP Membership is purchased and activated.

4.3 Renewal Price

The renewal price will be the membership price displayed on the website at the time of renewal.

LevonyaNXT may revise the membership fee in the future based on business or operational requirements.

A previous membership price does not guarantee the same price for future renewals.

5. VIP Product Pricing

5.1 Access to VIP Prices

Active VIP members receive access to LevonyaNXT VIP prices on products included in the VIP Membership program.

The applicable VIP Price will be displayed on the product page, cart and checkout, where supported by the website.

5.2 VIP Pricing Only

During an active VIP Membership, the applicable VIP Price is the product price available to the member.

An active VIP member cannot select the Regular Price instead of the VIP Price for participating products.

During the active membership period, the member will not have access to:

Regular customer pricing on participating VIP products.
Regular customer special offers on participating VIP products.
Promotional product prices intended for Regular Customers where those promotions are not applicable to VIP pricing.
Store coupon discounts, unless LevonyaNXT expressly states otherwise.

5.3 Final VIP Price

The VIP Price displayed in the cart and at checkout will be treated as the final applicable product price for an active VIP member.

No additional claim for a Regular Price, promotional price, coupon discount or other price reduction can be made after an order has been placed using the VIP Price.

Customers must check product prices, quantities and the final cart total before completing an order.

5.4 Products Without a Configured VIP Price

All products intended to participate in the VIP Membership program must have their applicable VIP Price configured correctly.

If a product is excluded from VIP pricing, unavailable under the VIP program or affected by a technical configuration issue, LevonyaNXT may:

Exclude that product from the VIP program.
Temporarily make the product unavailable to VIP members.
Correct the product’s VIP Price before processing the order.
Contact the customer if an incorrect price affects an order.

The availability of a product on the website does not automatically guarantee that it qualifies for VIP pricing.

6. Coupons, Promotional Offers and LNXT Points

6.1 Coupons and Promotional Offers

VIP prices provide exclusive upfront savings.

Therefore, during an active VIP Membership, VIP-priced products cannot be combined with:

Store coupon codes.
Promotional discount codes.
Regular customer special offers.
Additional product-price discounts.
Any other offer identified by LevonyaNXT as non-combinable with VIP pricing.

Coupon entry facilities may be disabled on the cart and checkout pages for active VIP accounts.

6.2 LNXT Points Are Paused During Active VIP Membership

The LNXT Loyalty Program is not included as an additional benefit during an active LevonyaNXT VIP Membership.

From the time the VIP Membership is activated until it expires or is otherwise deactivated:

The member will not earn new LNXT Points on purchases.
The member will not earn LNXT Points on VIP-priced products.
The member will not earn LNXT Points for shipping payments or other order-related charges.
The member will not be able to redeem existing LNXT Points.
LNXT Points discounts and rewards cannot be combined with VIP prices.
LNXT Points earning and redemption facilities may be hidden or disabled for the active VIP account.

The website will stop adding LNXT Points to the customer’s account upon activation of the VIP Membership.

6.3 Existing LNXT Points

Any LNXT Points already present in the customer’s account before VIP activation will not be available for redemption during the active VIP Membership period.

Existing points will remain subject to the applicable LNXT Loyalty Program rules, including any validity or expiry conditions configured by LevonyaNXT.

After the VIP Membership expires and the account returns to Regular Customer status, eligible existing points and LNXT Points features may become available again, subject to:

The points remaining valid and unexpired.
The applicable LNXT Loyalty Program rules.
The customer’s available points balance.
Website functionality.
Product and order eligibility.

VIP Membership does not extend or guarantee the validity period of LNXT Points.

6.4 No Retrospective Points

LNXT Points will not be added retrospectively for orders placed during an active VIP Membership.

A customer cannot claim LNXT Points later for purchases completed while their VIP Membership was active, including after the membership expires.

6.5 No Mixed-Price Orders

An active VIP member cannot select a combination of VIP Price and Regular Price for products included in the VIP Membership program.

All participating products added to the cart during an active VIP Membership must use their applicable VIP Price.

The product-pricing configuration is intended to ensure that:

Every participating product has the correct VIP Price.
Active VIP members cannot select the Regular Price.
No flexible price selector is displayed.
Regular customer special offers do not replace or reduce VIP prices.
Coupons do not reduce VIP prices.
LNXT Point earning and redemption stop when VIP Membership is activated.
LNXT Points are not added retrospectively after VIP expiry.

7. VIP Free Shipping Benefit

7.1 Free Shipping Threshold

An active VIP member qualifies for Free Shipping when the eligible cart subtotal is ₹3,000 or more, subject to the conditions stated below.

Standard applicable shipping charges will apply when the eligible cart subtotal is below ₹3,000.

7.2 Telangana Local/Direct Delivery

The VIP Free Shipping benefit applies to eligible courier shipments where the VIP Free Shipping method is available.

Local/direct delivery arrangements within Telangana, including delivery through Rapido, Porter or similar local delivery services, may be subject to the applicable Telangana delivery terms stated in the LevonyaNXT Shipping Policy.

Where a delivery charge is payable directly to a local rider or delivery service provider, that charge is not automatically treated as part of the VIP Free Shipping benefit unless LevonyaNXT expressly states otherwise.

7.3 Eligible Cart Subtotal

For the VIP Free Shipping threshold, the eligible cart subtotal means the value of qualifying physical products at their applicable VIP Prices before excluded charges are added.

The following may not count toward the ₹3,000 Free Shipping threshold:

VIP Membership fees.
Gift cards, if offered.
Packing or handling charges.
Additional service charges.
Non-shippable products.
Cancelled, refunded or returned items.
Products specifically excluded from the Free Shipping benefit.

7.4 Shipping Availability

VIP Free Shipping remains subject to:

Serviceability of the customer’s delivery location.
Product-specific delivery restrictions.
Courier or logistics limitations.
Weight, size or shipment restrictions.
Exceptional delivery charges disclosed to the customer where applicable.

If a product, location or shipment cannot reasonably be covered by the standard VIP Free Shipping method, the applicable charge or limitation may be communicated to the customer.

7.5 Free Shipping Progress Display

Where supported by the website, the cart may display the remaining eligible product value required to qualify for VIP Free Shipping.

This progress display is provided for convenience.

Final shipping eligibility will be determined according to the applicable VIP Membership and Shipping Policy conditions.

8. VIP Savings Tracker

Where supported by the website, the customer’s account dashboard may display a Total VIP Savings badge or similar savings tracker.

The tracker may include eligible savings received through:

VIP product pricing.
VIP shipping benefits.
Other qualifying VIP benefits identified by LevonyaNXT.

LNXT Points will not form part of VIP savings because the LNXT Loyalty Program remains paused during an active VIP Membership.

The VIP Savings Tracker:

Is provided for informational purposes.
Has no cash value.
Cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed.
Does not represent an amount owed to the customer.
May be adjusted if an order is cancelled, refunded, modified or returned.
May be corrected if a system, calculation or display error is identified.

9. Membership Expiration

When the 365-day VIP Membership period ends:

VIP prices will stop.
VIP shipping benefits will stop.
The account will automatically revert to Regular Customer status.
Regular customer prices and eligible offers will become available again.
Coupon facilities will become available again, subject to applicable conditions.
LNXT Point earning and redemption facilities will resume, subject to the applicable LNXT Loyalty Program rules.
LNXT Points will not be awarded retrospectively for purchases made during the VIP period.
Any unused VIP benefits will expire.
Savings displayed in the VIP Savings Tracker will not be payable or convertible into cash.

The customer may purchase a new VIP Membership whenever desired.

10. Membership Fee and Refunds

10.1 Non-Refundable Membership Fee

The VIP Membership fee is non-refundable once the membership has been purchased and activated, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

This includes situations where:

The member does not use the VIP benefits.
The member does not place any orders during the membership period.
The member does not achieve their expected savings.
The member stops using the registered account.
The member changes their mind after activation.
The member expected to earn or redeem LNXT Points during the VIP period.
The membership is suspended or revoked due to verified misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity.

10.2 Failed Activation or Duplicate Payment

If the membership payment is deducted successfully but the membership is not activated because of a verified technical error, the customer should contact LevonyaNXT with the relevant payment and order details.

After verification, LevonyaNXT may:

Correct the membership activation.
Adjust the membership validity period where appropriate.
Correct the payment record.
Process an appropriate payment correction or refund where applicable.

A verified duplicate membership payment will be reviewed separately and appropriately corrected.

11. Product Orders, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

VIP Membership does not replace or override LevonyaNXT’s regular policies concerning:

Missing products.
Short-shipped products.
Wrong products.
Damaged or defective products.
Order modifications.
Product refunds.
Shipping claims.

Product-related matters will be handled according to the applicable LevonyaNXT Cancellation and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If a product order is modified, returned or refunded in accordance with the applicable policies:

Any related VIP savings calculation may be reversed or adjusted.
Shipping savings may be recalculated.
LNXT Points will not be awarded for the affected VIP-period purchase.
The VIP Membership fee will remain non-refundable after activation, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

12. Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

VIP Membership is intended only for legitimate purchases made through the registered member’s account.

The following activities are prohibited:

Sharing VIP account access with another person.
Allowing another person or business to use the membership.
Transferring or reselling VIP benefits.
Creating multiple accounts to misuse membership benefits or promotions.
Manipulating VIP prices, coupons, LNXT Points or shipping benefits.
Attempting to earn or redeem LNXT Points during an active VIP Membership.
Using unauthorised software, automation or technical methods to obtain benefits.
Making fraudulent payments, refund claims or chargebacks.
Exploiting website, pricing, calculation or configuration errors.
Engaging in activity reasonably considered abusive, unlawful or fraudulent.

13. Suspension or Revocation

LevonyaNXT may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke VIP Membership where it reasonably identifies:

Account misuse.
Policy abuse.
Fraudulent activity.
Unauthorised benefit sharing.
Manipulation of prices, coupons, LNXT Points or shipping benefits.
Payment disputes or reversals involving fraudulent or abusive activity.
Material violation of this policy or other applicable website terms.

Where VIP status is suspended or revoked because of verified misuse, policy abuse or fraudulent activity, the membership fee will not be refunded, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Revocation of VIP status does not affect any other rights or remedies available to LevonyaNXT.

14. Product, Pricing and Technical Errors

LevonyaNXT aims to display accurate:

VIP prices.
Membership activation and expiry information.
Shipping eligibility.
Shipping charges.
VIP savings calculations.
Coupon restrictions.
LNXT Points restrictions.

If a clear pricing, calculation, technical, display or configuration error occurs, LevonyaNXT may:

Correct the error.
Update affected account information.
Correct an incorrect product price.
Adjust an incorrect VIP savings calculation.
Reverse LNXT Points incorrectly added during an active VIP Membership.
Contact the customer before processing an affected order.
Cancel and refund an affected product order where fulfilment at the erroneous price is not reasonably possible.

LevonyaNXT will not intentionally reduce a valid VIP Membership period because of a website display error.

15. Changes to the VIP Program or Policy

LevonyaNXT may update this policy, membership fee, eligible products, VIP benefits, pricing rules, shipping thresholds or program features where reasonably required.

An updated policy will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Changes will not reduce the remaining 365-day validity of an already activated VIP Membership.

Operational features may nevertheless be updated where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, security or business reasons.

16. Relationship With Other Website Policies

This VIP Membership Policy should be read together with LevonyaNXT’s:

Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy.
Shipping Policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
LNXT Loyalty Program terms.
Other applicable website policies.

If a provision specifically concerns VIP Membership, this VIP Membership Policy will apply to that membership-specific matter.

General purchases and use of the website remain subject to LevonyaNXT’s other applicable policies.
