Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with LevonyaNXT, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
LevonyaNXT does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Claims will only be considered if:
You receive the wrong item.
You receive damaged products.
All such claims are subject to verification and approval by LevonyaNXT.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange
Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after placing the order.
Change of mind regarding colour selection.
Change of mind regarding design selection.
Products that are no longer required.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products showing signs of use.
Custom-made or personalised products.
Claims reported after the permitted reporting period.
3. Reporting Missing, Short-Shipped, Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive:
Missing items
Short-shipped items
Wrong products
Damaged products
you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
An uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims relating to missing items, short shipments, wrong items or damaged products.
The video must:
Clearly show the sealed parcel before opening.
Record the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses or edits.
Clearly display all products received inside the parcel.
Claims submitted without a proper parcel opening video may be rejected.
5. Proof Required
To process your claim, please provide:
Order Number
Parcel opening video
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the packaging
Detailed description of the issue
Our support team may request additional information if required.
6. How to Raise a Claim
To raise a claim:
Raise a support ticket.
Enter your Order Number.
Upload the parcel opening video.
Upload all required photographs.
Provide a detailed description of the issue.
You can monitor the progress of your claim directly from the same support ticket panel.
7. Claim Verification
Every claim undergoes a detailed verification process.
Verification may include reviewing:
Parcel opening video
Product photographs
Packaging condition
Dispatch records
Order records
The verification process may take 2–3 working days.
Once verification is complete, you will be informed of the outcome.
The decision of LevonyaNXT after completion of the verification process shall be final.
8. Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, LevonyaNXT will provide further instructions.
Where return of the product is required:
Return instructions will be provided by our support team.
The product must be packed securely.
Return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team.
If LevonyaNXT has shipped the wrong product or a verified defective product, LevonyaNXT will bear the applicable return shipping charges.
9. Refund Process
Where a refund is approved:
The refund will be processed after verification and, where applicable, after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
10. Order Cancellation & Item Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
However, before packing has started, customers may request a change of items by contacting our support team.
Please note:
Item changes are subject to availability and approval.
If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
If the replacement item costs less, the difference amount will not be refunded.
Once packing has started, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
11. Late Claims
If missing items, short shipments, wrong items or damaged products are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, the claim will not be accepted.
Any support ticket raised after the permitted reporting period will be closed as Time Lapsed, and no further processing will be carried out.
