Welcome to the LNXT Loyalty Program, created to express our appreciation for the vibrant community of creators, hobbyists, and craft lovers who shop with LevonyaNXT.
Every eligible purchase brings you closer to discounts on future purchases.
The following terms and conditions govern the earning and redemption of LNXT Points.
1. How You Can Earn LNXT Points
Earning Rate
Registered customers earn 1 LNXT Point for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases.
Automatic Credit
LNXT Points are automatically credited to your account once the corresponding order status is marked as Completed.
Account Requirement
To earn, view and redeem LNXT Points, purchases must be made using a registered LevonyaNXT customer account.
2. Point Value & Redemption Rules
Point Redemption Value
1 LNXT Point = ₹1 discount.
Eligible LNXT Points may be redeemed against future purchases subject to the applicable redemption conditions.
Minimum Redemption Threshold
A minimum balance of 200 LNXT Points is required before points can be redeemed.
Therefore:
200 LNXT Points = ₹200 discount
Redemption
Once your account has accumulated the required minimum of 200 LNXT Points, the available redemption option will be displayed through the applicable loyalty/rewards section, subject to the program rules and website functionality.
3. VIP Membership & Loyalty Points
VIP Member Pause
Active LevonyaNXT VIP Members receive special VIP pricing on eligible products.
Therefore, during an active VIP Membership:
LNXT Point earning is paused.
LNXT Point redemption is paused.
Any LNXT Points accumulated before activation of the VIP Membership will remain in the customer’s account and will become available again after the VIP Membership expires, subject to the applicable LNXT Loyalty Program terms.
4. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
LNXT Points:
- Cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account, UPI account or other payment method.
- Can only be used as permitted under the LNXT Loyalty Program.
5. Cancelled, Refunded or Returned Orders
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in accordance with LevonyaNXT’s applicable policies, any LNXT Points awarded in connection with that order may be reversed or deducted from the customer’s LNXT Points balance.
6. Tracking Your LNXT Points
Registered customers can view their available LNXT Points, redemption information and points activity by logging into their My Account section and opening LNXT Points & Rewards.
7. Notifications
Customers who have opted to receive applicable communications may receive email notifications regarding LNXT Points, rewards and related loyalty-program updates.
8. Program Changes
LevonyaNXT reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the LNXT Loyalty Program, including its earning rates, redemption values, minimum redemption requirements or eligibility conditions.
Where appropriate, material changes to the program will be communicated or reflected on the LevonyaNXT website.
Any use of LNXT Points remains subject to the terms applicable at the time of redemption.
