If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will not be refunded.

Once packing has started, modifications cannot be accepted.

15. Is online payment secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateway providers.

LevonyaNXT never stores your debit card details, credit card details, CVV, UPI PIN or internet banking credentials.

16. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If Cash on Delivery becomes available in the future, it will be displayed during checkout.

Until then, customers are requested to use the available online payment methods.

17. When does order processing begin?

Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Our team carefully verifies your order before packing and dispatching it.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

18. How are courier charges calculated?

Courier charges are calculated after packing because the final shipping cost depends on:

This ensures customers pay only the applicable courier charges for their shipment.

The courier charges must be paid before we assign your shipment to a courier partner for pickup.

Orders will remain on hold until the courier charges have been successfully received.

Shipment scheduling begins only after courier charge payment confirmation.

20. How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time may increase during:

22. Which courier partners do you use?

LevonyaNXT dispatches orders through reputed courier companies and, where required, India Post or other logistics providers depending on service availability.

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and the most suitable available service.

23. Can I track my order?

Yes.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared through your registered communication channel.

A dedicated Track Order feature inside My Account will also be introduced in a future update for a more convenient tracking experience.

24. What should I do if my order is delayed?

Please first check your shipment tracking details.

Please note that delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of LevonyaNXT.

Returns, Refunds & Claims

25. Do you accept returns?

No.

LevonyaNXT does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Returns will only be considered in situations covered under our Returns & Refund Policy.

26. What should I do if I receive the wrong, damaged or missing product?

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

27. Is a parcel opening video mandatory?

Yes.

An uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims involving:

  • Missing items

  • Short-shipped items

  • Wrong products

  • Damaged products

Claims submitted without a proper parcel opening video may not qualify for verification.

28. What documents are required to raise a claim?

Please keep the following ready:

  • Order Number

  • Parcel opening video

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

29. How long does claim verification take?

Most claims are verified within 2–3 working days.

The verification period may vary depending on the complexity of the claim and the documents submitted.

Customers will be informed once verification has been completed.

30. When will I receive my refund?

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
